IIP organised workshop on lino art for young learners at iip gallery noida on 18th february 2023
Indian Institute of Photography (IIP) hosted a workshop on LINO ART, conducted by fine artist Animesh Barman, at the IIP Gallery in Noida. The aim of the workshop was to provide art learners with a diverse experience in various art forms and keep various forms of art lively. As part of their mission to become the world's preferred art institution, IIP is committed to adding value to the learning experience of its students. During the workshop, the learners were introduced to the art of making sketches, chiseling lino sheet, and the process of making relief prints. LINO ART involves using a thin layer of linoleum mounted on wood, which can be cut in any direction to produce a raised surface that can be inked and printed. This surface has a slightly textured surface that accepts ink evenly, making it a popular choice among artists and amateurs for printmaking. The learners were amazed at the results of their work, as they produced beautiful and intricate prints. The workshop was a great success, and the learners enjoyed every moment of it. It was a great opportunity for them to learn a new skill and explore their creativity. If you are interested in participating in similar workshops, please contact IIP at 9015422322. IIP is committed to providing its learners with a world-class learning experience in the field of art and is constantly exploring new ways to enhance its teaching methodology. The workshop was conducted on 18.02.2023 at the IIP Gallery, Noida. With its commitment to providing its learners with the best possible learning experience, IIP is set to become a world-renowned art institution.
